Illegal Use

You may not use your service in the commission of any crime that violates the laws of local, state, and federal government of the United States of America as well as the laws of Amsterdam and the Netherlands. Violations of this provision may result in us making your information and information about your service and it's use available to law enforcement with or without your consent or knowledge.


In no event shall RunePay or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RunePay's Internet site, even if RunePay or a RunePay authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on RunePay's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RunePay does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. RunePay may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. RunePay does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Termination and Other Sanctions

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or RunePay. RunePay may terminate your access and use of any RunePay Services or your RunePay Account if RunePay determines that you have violated this Agreement or that there has been otherwise unlawful, improper or fraudulent use of RunePay Services associated with your RunePay Account. When practical, RunePay will notify you of the termination. If your RunePay Account is terminated, you will not have access to your RunePay Account or Entitlements and may be barred from accessing or using any RunePay Service again. Upon termination, your license under this Agreement also shall terminate, and all of your listings will be removed. If terminated for any reason, you will not be refunded.

Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use policy document, including the following list of prohibited Activities, is an integral part of your agreement with RunePay. If you engage in any of the activities prohibited by this AUP document RunePay, may suspend or terminate your account and may result in criminal and civil liability. RunePay, will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement and Wholesale Internet, Inc. if a criminal violation is suspected.

RunePay Acceptable Use policy (the "policy") for RunePay Services is designed to help protect RunePay, RunePay customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by RunePay. RunePay, reserves the right to modify the policy at any time, effective upon posting here.

  • Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
  • Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks.
  • Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org/rokso.
  • Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., "cracking").
  • Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.
  • Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any RunePay customers or end-users by any means or device.
  • Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other user whether on the RunePay network or on another provider's network.
  • Using RunePay's services to interfere with the use of the RunePay, network by other customers or authorized users.
  • Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

We RunePay (runepay.app), are committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you. By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. The purpose of this Privacy Policy to enable you to understand which personal identifying information ("PI", "Personal Information") of yours is collected, how and when we might use your information, who has access to this information, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our website.

Information Collected

We may collect any or all of the information that via both automated means such as communications profiles and cookies. Personal Information you give us depends on the type of service, support, or sale inquiry, and may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, dates of service provided, types of service provided, payment history, manner of payment, amount of payments, date of payments, domain name or other payment information. All sensitive information is collected on a secure server and data is transferred . When transferring personal information a security icon will appear in your browser.

Information Use

This information is used for billing and to provide service and support to our customers. We may also study this information to determine our customers needs and provide support for our customers. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details. RunePay may email its monthly newsletter to the primary contact e-mail on file, but customers are able to opt out of this newsletter at any time.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site and servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. It is possible that personal information about a customer may be included in the log files due to the normal functions of IP addresses and SaaS applications.

We use cookies to save your preferences and login information, and provide personalized functionality.
